Rohit Sharma: He has started playing well. His form in all the IPL’s has given strength to the middle order of the Deccan Chargers. A lot depends on him in the middle overs to stabilize the inning. 2 good knocks and his team will have the chance to be in the semis.

Pragyan Ojha: He has been the most consistent wicket taker of IPL this season, and would be ready to show the selector, who is better in the face off between him and Chawla. It would be great contest among the two young spinners.

Yuvraj Singh: The swashbuckling player is still looking for some kind of form before the World Cup. He should start coming up at no.3 to get maximum balls to play. If he fires then it would be good for team India. The backbone of Indian T-20 team would himself be hoping to come out of this lean patch.


Piyush Chawla: One of the finer bowlers coming out of IPL 3 is Piyush Chawla. Came into the season with no form, no other bowler from the team to back him up as well, but held himself and has providd his team with breakthroughs every now and then. He just needs to keep faith in his capabilities and the wickets will keep falling.
