Players to watch out for

Chris Gayle: Have to play the innings of his IPL career. KKR have lots of expectations from him since the time he landed in India. Apart from his one innings against MI, he has been a failure. Have to play till 15th over. His off spins are vital in middle overs and this would help the team to add an extra batsman in the team.


 
Shane Bond: The costliest player after Kevin Pollard haven’t done any justice to his price tag. Has an ordinary IPL season so far. He and Sharma have been thrashed all over the park by almost every team. Needs to get early wickets especially of Gilly, Gibbs and Symonds.

Andrew Symonds: Have been in great form in this season. He has been the most destructive player for the Chargers so far. A perfect all rounder for his team. His only problem is his over aggression which leads to his dismissal number of times. DC would be banking heavily on his performance.

Gibbs: Hardly played any significant knock in this IPL. If he doesn’t play well then there would be a chance of dropping him in the next match. Its a good time to get back into his rhythm as KKR do not have any bowler who looks like taking wickets except Murli Kartik. One good innings from him would make the Chargers one of the top 4 teams of the current IPL.
